Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will I see results?

Results vary depending on your own consistency. Most feel the difference the first time week. Although most surpass this, you can expect to lose 0.5-1lb a week.

Are there options to continue after the 3 months?

Yes. I have a special offer to save and continue working together after the 3 month mark. This is not open to everyone we will go over the details on our 3 month review!

Is there an extra cost or subscription to access the fitness app?

No. It is a part of the program, no extra cost.

What if I don’t want to participate in the challenge?
